Resolution criteria

This market will resolve based on the first professional basketball team LeBron James officially signs a contract with for the 2026–27 NBA season, following his decision to enter free agency and leave the Los Angeles Lakers.

Each option will resolve as follows:

• 76ers: Resolves to YES if he signs with the Philadelphia 76ers.

• Heat: Resolves to YES if he signs with the Miami Heat.

• Cavs: Resolves to YES if he signs with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

• Other: Resolves to YES if he signs with any other team (such as the Golden State Warriors) or any team in a non-NBA professional league.

When one option is resolved to YES, all other options will resolve to NO. If LeBron James officially announces his retirement or does not sign a contract with any professional basketball team for the 2026–27 season, all options will resolve to NO.
