I'll say the quiet part out loud. A lot of us don't want to trade on this if we don't have a publicly verifiable source of truth that is robust to tampering. Otherwise, what's stopping you from resolving this in a biased way? We don't want to be scammed.

Before you call FairlyRandom, decide which outcome means what. Let's say 1 means YES and 2 means NO? @JonathanGlickman
