YES

Resolves yes if i have 10k or more mana in balance anytime before the end of october. MANALINKS,MANAGRAMS,LOANS (from ppl and the loan system), & PAID MANA ARE ALLOWED.

This is my goal, so I will 'manipulate' this market. I'll ask people for mana or mana loans, however I'll probably not ask for however much mana just for this market.

The market says "balance", and personal loans are allowed. So anyone with 10k floating around can just reach an agreement with Jingliu to temporarily send them 10k to resolve yes, and then send it back.

@oh My plan was that Jing is not active and it's not profitable for Conflux's balance to do what he actually did do. Oh well, I didn't bet a lot
