Comment either heads or tails (only once). At close, I will flip a coin for each comment. If what I flip matches the comment, I will increase the 'counter' of that side by 1. If it doesnt match, I wont increase anything. (This means each comment has a 50% chance of adding to the total for that side)

Then this market will resolve YES if heads has the majority, NO if tails has the majority. If there are no comments or the total happens to end up tied, I will just do a coinflip.
