@VitorBosshard It does have to be a “100% speedrun”. An invalid run does not meet that criteria.
Any version allowed? If so, runs are currently being done pushing ~37 hours or so with version 1.0.0. These are multi-day efforts with breaks in between, so until rules are established around breaks, these won't count, but they're proof it's possible.

@chrisjbillington Yes, any version, using the time as defined by the speedrun.com rule set once finalized.
Though there is not yet a TotK 100% category on speedrun.com, here are the break rules on the existing All Shrines category:
This category allows the runner to take breaks during which the timer must be stopped.
The time taken for the allowed breaks does not influence the final run time for submission.
Runs start out with a break pool of 1 break and 15 minutes of break time.
Every 4 hours of runtime, another 15 minutes break is added to your pool.
Breaks can be saved for later, meaning that the first break has not to be taken within the first 4 hours of the run.
Note that a break can not be taken prematurely - you are not allowed to take a second break before the 4 hours mark has been surpassed.
Breaks have neither a minimum nor a maximum length, but you cannot exceed your total break time in the pool.
@kenakofer And here are the BotW 100% break rules, which are probably more relevant here:
Runners are allowed to pause the timer and have a break from the run.
Maximum 3 breaks within an 18 hour pool.
After the 20 hour mark, and every 20 hours after, the runner gains 3 extra break and 18 hours added to their pool.
