@Quroe Wow, blast from the past. My official position is that I had no hand in the creation or running of @v and I do not know anyone who did. However, I would say the same even if I was lying. Doing some more investigation with secret admin powers now I still have no leads on the owner/operator. I would resolve this NO but I feel that it's poor form for me to use my own mod powers on this market, feel free to do so yourself.
