As an anagram of "Tunic Shane", I believe this is an alt of someone named Shane. The tunic is a reference to a disguise. Shane transferred their mana to this alt because they didn't want anyone to know they were betting on Biden being the president.
I believe he found a way to exploit limit orders to do this. @JamesGrugett can you comment on this?
