I'll be starting on Nov 18. My prescription:

  • Estradiol valerate, 20 mg/mL, 1mL intramuscular injection every other week

  • Spironolactone, 50 mg, oral tablet twice a day

I will not be creating any more of these, because I don't think I'm measuring anything other than noise.

Congratulations! Some difference will obvs be genetic, but my working theory here is that injection will give you more consistent uptake, so I don't think you'll have the no-growth-in-month-2 problem I did
