I feel like: Gorosei will try to kill everyone, then the Straw Hats or some other 3rd party will help Kaku escape. I dont think Kaku dies purely bc its Oda. And i think the Lucci asking Mars is just a plot point setup to show that the Gorosei are truly devils, and spare no one. (There is also a theory that 1 Gorosei may betray Imu, so potentially that too).
So im assuming if Kaku lives through a 3rd party then this still resolved as Yes, right?

@tsaitama Wouldn't it be interesting if Kaku's death tips Rob Lucci over the edge and he loses it and betrays the WG?
@JaredAsh interesting idea, yes. Do i care all that much about lucci though? Not really at the moment tbh. He feels like a big loser at this point, "i dont accept straw hat as emperor 😂😂😂." It'd be cool to see him have a new meaningful storyline tho, i'd probably care again if this happened
