Aptera Motors is trying to raise funds to bring their electric autocycle to production. They have partnered with US Capital to raise $60 million dollars through a convertible note.
Market will resolve to YES if Aptera Motors or US Capital announce that they have raised the full $60 million dollars by the end of day on November 30th, 2024.
If the investment campaign is still ongoing or closes before raising the target amount, the market will resolve to NO.
