Breath of the Wild was recently named the best video game of all time by IGN (https://www.ign.com/articles/the-best-100-video-games-of-all-time).
Will its sequel come out this year? It'll have had 5 years of development time for a game that was supposed to be building on the same world as the original.
However, the pandemic would seem to have delayed development, and plausibly the chip shortage could have pushed plans to do a simultaneous release with the next-generation Switch hardware.
