Resolves YES if Dan misspeaks on stream today and either someone on stream acknowledges it or if at least FIVE "OMEGALUL HE" messages (or some variant of) are posted into DGG chat up to 15 seconds after the misspeak.

Resolves NO if the YES condition is not met, including if Dan does not appear on stream today.

Closes at the start of stream. Resolves once YES/NO conditions are met or at end of stream.
