Resolves YES if golden tempo wins another race.

Resolves NO if Golden Tempos retirement is announced, or he does not start in a race for 18 months.

A race is an official race. Trackwork and trials don’t count. Resolve if he’s declared the official winner. Races overturned months afterwards don’t affect resolution.
