Which Margin will be closer when final votes are counted, Pratt/Raman or Hilton/Steyer?

When results are declared official, which gap will be the smallest? Eg. If Steyer was 21% and Hilton was 20.9% and Pratt was 30% and Nithya Raman 28%, this would resolve Steyer and Hilton as gap only 0.1 compared to 2%.

The candidate order doesn’t matter, just the gap between them.
