Evening exercise routine:
->2 mile run OR >40 minutes on stationary bicycle
Sleep goal:
-Have all non-kindle screens off around 8:00 PM, in bed by 11:00 PM
I've had a terrible schedule the past few months. This new schedule is ambitious but doable. This market is mainly to motivate me to stay healthy. I care a lot about my mana, so hopefully that will be incentive enough. I'll only bet yes on this market, and I won't sell that position.
Motivate me even more by buying NO:)

@IsaacLinn Day 3... I've sought out chatGPT's advice, and apparently going to failure on the same muscle group twice a day every day isn't really optimal for training. Plus, it hurts like hell. I'm going to cut the pullups and pushups in half and do them again a half hour later. So, same number of reps, but spread out more. If more than %20 of you think that's unfair, I'll resolve no, but I want to keep this market going for awhile since it's so good for me.
