I try to workout MWF. If I add a something in between days, it will probably be some crazy short but brutal tabata/HIIT on a bike. # of workouts will never exceed more than 1 per day.
My current workout:
- 5 sets of 5 drops from ~20 inches onto hard plastic on concrete where I try to land stiff legged to tell my osteocytes to build more bone. ~10 sec rest in between
- (+ 1 warm-up set) 3 sets of 5 reps of Barbell Front Squat
- (+ 1 warm-up set) 3 sets of 5 reps of Standing Barbell Overhead Press
- (+ 1 warm-up set) 2 sets of 3 reps of Barbell Sumo Deadlift
I lift what I perceive to be heavy. I generally slow and struggle with the final reps of my last sets.

@Hakari after your comment prompted me to review my current workout and how it relates to exercise-to-improve-BMD trials like LIFTMOR l, I think I'll cut the drops in half.

@traders I am currently at 7 workouts! In addition to my normal MWF strength training I've done some HIIT Tabata on Thurs, Sat, and Sun. I think I'll keep doing the cardio on the off days. It seems to improve my Sleep/Recovery scores, but I'm not confident it's a real effect.

I've had sinus pain/inflammation that was crazy bizzare - over days it migrated across my face, from my ear to my temple to my eye to below my eyes. Never felt that before. Happy to be on the other side of it.
