I will only buy YES, I will not sell YES or buy/sell NO. If any option is not resolved by Mar 10th, resolves NO.

I try to workout MWF. If I add a something in between days, it will probably be some crazy short but brutal tabata/HIIT on a bike. # of workouts will never exceed more than 1 per day.

My current workout:
- 5 sets of 5 drops from ~20 inches onto hard plastic on concrete where I try to land stiff legged to tell my osteocytes to build more bone. ~10 sec rest in between
- (+ 1 warm-up set) 3 sets of 5 reps of Barbell Front Squat
- (+ 1 warm-up set) 3 sets of 5 reps of Standing Barbell Overhead Press
- (+ 1 warm-up set) 2 sets of 3 reps of Barbell Sumo Deadlift

I lift what I perceive to be heavy. I generally slow and struggle with the final reps of my last sets.

@traders I am at 15 now! I injured myself on Friday overdoing it on OHP :( I still feel a little soreness when looking over my left shoulder. I figure i just pulled? strained? a muscle in my neck although I'm not sure what that even means. But I skipped monday and today I went lighter on OHP and I was fine.

@MarySmith congrats! This is kind of inspiring me to start markets on my own fitness adventure. Havent been to the gym regularly in months

@galois I think a key element is "I will only buy YES, I will not sell YES or buy/sell NO. If any option is not resolved by Mar 10th, resolves NO." and then buying YES on every option and repeatedly buying more YES for every level you go up.

You are trading mana for your goal. I think one should scale it up for every success until you're hitting failures and the market is giving you 50/50s. This is a successor of my January workout market, and if I do this again for March, I will have to set the goals even higher to make it worthwhile for bettors.

@Hakari after your comment prompted me to review my current workout and how it relates to exercise-to-improve-BMD trials like LIFTMOR l, I think I'll cut the drops in half.

@MarySmith how do you measure bone density anyway? DEXA scans?

@Hakari yes, same machine same tech to avoid noise/variability and get a sense of direction

@traders I am currently at 7 workouts! In addition to my normal MWF strength training I've done some HIIT Tabata on Thurs, Sat, and Sun. I think I'll keep doing the cardio on the off days. It seems to improve my Sleep/Recovery scores, but I'm not confident it's a real effect.

I've had sinus pain/inflammation that was crazy bizzare - over days it migrated across my face, from my ear to my temple to my eye to below my eyes. Never felt that before. Happy to be on the other side of it.
