@TobiasVyseri is looking for a new job. She's above average in terms of actual usefulness, but below average in terms of ability to portray herself as such. So finding a decent job has been a challenge.

Her primary training is as a graphic designer and artist, examples here. AI is lowering the demand for the artistic side of this, but I would say her actual main skill is just being generally competent and dedicated. Even in areas unrelated to graphic design, she's reliably just more useful than most people; capable of understanding and following instructions, willing to grind though unpleasant things, legitimately cares about delivering a good product, etc.

I consistently see her outperform people in fields to which she's a complete newcomer. In our shared job/hobby of judging Magic: The Gathering events, she got elected to lead the North American judge organization (about 700 members in total), and is the only board member (out of 5) who seems capable of actually accomplishing anything useful or on time, and has gained a reputation among members as being the person to go to for results.

I would say her primary weakness is difficulty dealing with formal and detail-oriented subjects. Her grammar is terrible even when she's trying to write professionally. She's decent at HTML/CSS, but I've tried teaching her Javascript and she found it very frustrating and made little progress. She did pass college math classes up to calc 3 in the process of getting her Associate of Science degree, but anecdotally from like, living with her, she kinda sucks at math. I'm sure she's better than the human average, but this sort of thing doesn't come naturally to her.

She's looking for a remote job she can do from home, either part-time or full-time. This is primarily for her own satisfaction - she enjoys feeling useful and having something to do with her time - so it does not need to be a particularly high-paying job. That said she already has a self-sustaining online business that pays for all of her expenses, so she's not going to take a job if it's complete crap.

She's been looking for long enough and is annoyed enough that she's happy to pay someone $500 USD to find her a job she's happy with. Resume here. (If you prefer mana for league profits, I can place a limit order on NO and you bet YES before resolution.)

Unfortunately she's not a US resident, so she can only legally work in Canada. You can reach out to either me or to her directly if you have a lead. (She doesn't check Manifold, use the contact details on her website.)
