I am (I hope) credible, I have seen a doge icon on April 6th, I have posted proof of it. This fulfills the resolution criteria I think :)

@ScottLawrence Oh you're right, my bad. Most of my "at X time" markets go by the close date rather than the entire day, and I just assumed this one was the same without re-reading the description I wrote.
