They've been called many things, and there's some disagreement as to the best name. (See here.)

If they change site-wide, this resolves YES. If they change on some parts of the site and stay the same on others, and this is intentional, this resolves YES. (Unless it's a change to consolidate current inconsistency, like how the API is still calling them "groups" despite them being "topics" in the UI.) If there's a bug or oversight causing them to have inconsistent names in some places, but the intention is that they're always "topics", this does not resolve YES.
