Cheating refers to anything against the rules. e.g. stream sniping, looking up external advice in the middle of a game, playing an illegal deck, etc. Honest mistakes due to not knowing the rules don't count, I must believe it was probably intentional to qualify as Cheating.
I will consider any form of Cheating to be extremely dishonorable, disqualify any Cheaters from the tournament without prize, and reserve the resolve this market in any way I see fit to prevent cheaters from turning a profit on it.

@DesTiny If the opponent agreed to it then I think it's fine. You could construe that as still following the rules by being an agreement to play a different format, then the loser of that match concedes the actual tournament match. That would not be legal in a traditional Magic tournament, but given that we're allowing bribery and other such such shenanigans in this tournament, I guess that's fine.
