Is my SQLite3 database actually corrupted?

I got this error from my SQLite3 database a few days ago:

Error: SQLITE_CORRUPT: database disk image is malformed

Running "pragma integrity_check" also gave me an error. (Which I failed to note down).

The internet was unhelpful regarding what this actually means, but it's seemed to be working fine since then. I haven't noticed any data loss or corruption, and running "pragma integrity_check" now returns no issues.

I'm uncertain what caused it, but it seemed to happen at around the same time as another bug that may have had to do with my program running out of memory. I solved it by wiping the large log file it was trying to load entirely into memory, but I was confused because it was nowhere near big enough to actually use all the server's memory. No clue.

This market resolves to YES if I discover problems with the database that seem to have a non-negligible probability of having been related to this issue. Otherwise it resolves to NO at the end of April.

Well I did get that error message again, but it hasn't happened again after that, and I haven't noticed any data loss. I'm inclined to resolve NO? Not sure.

Uh oh. Website just went down, and the error logs are giving me this same error message.
