What's the resolution criteria? Are you planning on down-scaling the 0–100% likelihood range of this question to a 0–90 range in degrees, for example where 0% likelihood is completely upright and 100% likelihood is lying flat on its side (i.e., at 90 degrees), and a 45 degree angle is equivalent to 50% likelihood? Or are you going to take the nominal percentage likelihood figure, and use it as though it was an angle, for example where a 10 degree lean is equivalent to a 10% likelihood (and a 100% likelihood would thus mean the tip of the tower is 10 degrees below ground level)?

@gupe The latter

@IsaacKing Great, thanks!

Would 90 degrees be pointing straight up? Or does the market measure how far away from 90 degrees the tower leans?

@Tumbles A tower pointing straight up is 0 degrees.
