Does that warning even exist?

@bohaska They were planning to add it at one time, but never got around to it.

Suppose that a market has that warning for a day or week or so at some point this year, but it's subsequently removed for whatever reason. Would that make you resolve this market to "yes"?

@EvanTh Yes, it'll count no matter how briefly it's there. (Unless it's a bug.)
