Party Smer founded and led by Robert Fico is currently leading the polls. There is a good change that he will win the parlimentary elections in September 2023 and become a prime minister.
The question resolves YES if at any point until Feb 1 2024 Robert Fico becomes a prime minister of a government with confidence given by voting of parliment. (Even if he would lost the position, or the government lost the confidence of parliment later.) It resolves NO if it did not happen by the closing date.
