The Holy Grail of the open source video game Space Station 14, the Newmed update is promised to fix every problem with the game ever and bring eternal fun and satisfaction with its radiant purifying flood of surgery and papa john's. The obvious question, then, is when? The general consensus is that newmed is approximately 7 days away, but it's been like that for a year now and I don't think it's a very accurate timeframe. What does Manifold think?

If the PR is closed but something akin to newmed makes its way into the upstream Space Station 14 repository anyway, resolves to whenever that happens.
