Will pytorch be most used autodiff framework as of the end of 2026?

I plan to resolve this with SO trends https://insights.stackoverflow.com/trends?tags=pytorch%2Ctensorflow%2Ctheano%2Ckeras . To compete with pytorch, another library / language / framework should be primarily used to implement math in machine learning, e.g. differentiable computation in todays neural nets.

If differentiable computation / neural nets are no longer best AI model, and new solution gets higher question rate on SO although it's not exactly autodiff, this will resolve to NO.

What do you mean by "by"? It's often interpreted as "any time before" but it looks like that has already happened at least briefly.

predictedYES

@EvanDaniel I mean that it will be most used as of 31.12.2026, so reaching this title before but falling out of use by the end of 2026 would be a NO

@IdealBanana Makes sense! Could you clarify that in the title and/or description? "By" is often used in the other sense.
