This market resolves to the value that is shown on Trulia as the new value for the house, once it appears in the Price History section as a Sold transaction, without being re-listed or removed from the market.

This market resolves N/A if the contract is rescinded or otherwise fails to complete and the house either goes back on the market, or goes off the market without a sale.
