📢Resolved to NO
PROOF PER CLUB STATEMENT

Admittedly read this too quick. And ownership stake is not completed, just "in agreement".
@Predictor as mentioned, although there has been an agreement between the relevant parties, Ratcliffe won't become an owner until some formalities have completed, very likely in the new year. This will resolve NO. The creator is also inactive, so this will be resolved by a moderator.
You'll see headlines in the new year when it becomes official I'm sure.
The question is about ownership, not the agreement. Ownership requires the formalities to have completed.
There is an agreement, but it is yet to be made official. Ratcliffe does not presently officially own any of Manchester United, and it looks like he won't until the new year

Not going to be official this year.
