Resolution will be based on publicly available court records and reputable news sources. A felony conviction requires a guilty verdict or plea in a felony case, not just an arrest or charge.

Note: The Malcolm Collins from the 1960s People v. Collins case is not relevant to this market as it predates the resolution period.
