This question will resolve YES if the next speaker of the house is elected having never received more than 100 votes in a previous ballot. Otherwise it will resolve NO.
Jordan, McCarthy, and Jeffries would therefore not qualify as they have each received more than 100 votes in a previous ballot, but not enough to win.
