Updated again. I didn't update for a very long time so it was very difficult to make everything add up now. But I worked on it for about five hours and every cent is now accounted for! I realized that I never before checked that my revolut balance matched reality, so I had to go back to the start of the spreadsheet and double and triple check every transaction and currency exchange I've made in revolut, and I eventually found every mistake and the final balance now matches for each currency. It's now 5 am. Good night.
