No further info came out. The important part is that he tried to resolve honorably. I'll note that the frontrunning would have been ~fine if the admins had migrated that market from DPM to CFMM like all the other markets.

Was the resolution premature and does premature count as dishonorable?

Honourary, making a bet in this market is not dishonorable, and your bets here don't impact what to do in the other market in order to be honorable.

Would making a bet in this market myself be considered Dishonourable? If I am Dishonourable and bet No in this market, does that mean I should resolve the other market honourably? If I am Honourable and bet yes in this market, does that mean I should resolve the other market dishonourably? This reminds me of that riddle about two guards and two doors... I think I'll just stay out of it.
