50% chance. Resolves to Yes when closed between 20 to 40% (both inclusive) or 60 to 80% (both inclusive) I will not bet myself and will not manipulate the market by any means.

What happens if it resolves over 100 percent

@Planarian It's imposible to go beyond 100%. Anyhow, it will be considered as "NO" if it goes past 70%

To answer your question, it be resolved as YES, if it closes between 60 and 70. If it goes past 70 then NO.
