Will this market resolve between 20 to 40% or 60 to 80%?

50% chance. Resolves to Yes when closed between 20 to 40% (both inclusive) or 60 to 80% (both inclusive) I will not bet myself and will not manipulate the market by any means.

What happens if it resolves over 100 percent

@Planarian It's imposible to go beyond 100%. Anyhow, it will be considered as "NO" if it goes past 70%

@Voidvamp For YES, it should either resolve between 30 and 40 or 60 and 70.

To answer your question, it be resolved as YES, if it closes between 60 and 70. If it goes past 70 then NO.
