Legal as in you can post hundreds of videos smoking it and drive around with your crack pipe with no consequences (without being a bidan)

By "legal" do you mean it's allowed freely for recreational use (e.g. alcohol), or do you just mean decriminalized where it's not a felony but may still be discouraged through restrictions and fines (e.g. psilocybin in Colorado)?
