Resolving NO. I don't see any reason or indication it would get re-resolved.

If it does, they can re-resolve this one too. (or, I will pay out anyone who owns YES, as needed)

Market needs to resolve YES or NO and then become N/A afterwards. 

I'll give it as long as needed before close, to make sure it won't be N/A'd.
