Resolution Rule:
YES resolves if the Electoral Commission of South Australia (ECSA) formally conducts a recount for the House of Assembly seat of Narungga under Section 97 of the Electoral Act 1985.
NO resolves if ECSA issues the final, official declaration of the poll for Narungga without a formal recount taking place.
Crucial Caveat (The "Recheck" Rule): To prevent ambiguity, the automatic "recheck" (the fresh scrutiny of ordinary and informal ballots that ECSA routinely conducts the Sunday after polling day) DOES NOT count as a recount. A recount must be a distinct event, either requested by a candidate following the provisional declaration or initiated by the Returning Officer's special discretion.
Resolution Sources: Official ECSA press releases, the ECSA tally room, or confirmation from tier-one electoral analysts (e.g., Antony Green / ABC Elections).
