Resolution Rule:

• YES resolves if the Electoral Commission of South Australia (ECSA) formally conducts a recount for the House of Assembly seat of Narungga under Section 97 of the Electoral Act 1985.

• NO resolves if ECSA issues the final, official declaration of the poll for Narungga without a formal recount taking place.

Crucial Caveat (The "Recheck" Rule): To prevent ambiguity, the automatic "recheck" (the fresh scrutiny of ordinary and informal ballots that ECSA routinely conducts the Sunday after polling day) DOES NOT count as a recount. A recount must be a distinct event, either requested by a candidate following the provisional declaration or initiated by the Returning Officer's special discretion.
