The market close is based on my timezone, so if I have miscalculated and the market close is too early, I will wait for evidence following close before resolving. The market SHOULD close at 2PM in Destiny's local timezone. If this is incorrect, the criteria supercede this and trading may continue until the market closes.

Resolution criteria:

Resolves YES if

• Destiny says he is on fibre internet, date/time visible on stream at any point during that stream and it is BEFORE 2PM Jan 4

• Date is not visible at any point on stream, BUT, he clearly states it, and it can be reasonably determined that it is before 2PM in Destiny's local timezone when he is live and connected to fibre internet

• Destiny is streaming 1440p60fps and the image is clearly 4k

• Destiny tweets or otherwise mentions having fibre, and goes live before 2PM Jan 4, but only is streaming his welcome screen.

• Destiny goes live at 1:59PM but does not mention that he is on fibre until 2.05PM

Resolves NO if

• Destiny goes live and mentions being on fibre internet for the first time at his new place AFTER 2PM Jan 4 in his local time

• No evidence of resolution criteria are met within 6-12 hours following market close.

• Destiny tweets or otherwise mentions having fibre, but does not go live until after 2PM Jan 4

• Destiny does not go live before the market closes

I will not resolve the market immediately, there will be time to provide evidence. This market will NOT resolve N/A or PROB. If criteria are not met, it will resolve NO.
