Spent a bit of time sick in South Korea with food poisoning, was supposed to be hiking but missed a bunch of cool stuff cause I had to go to hospital for fluids & lost my energy for a full week.
Didn’t do as much walking in Japan as expected, and went home a week early. Without those two things I think I’d have easily made 1M steps and likely 750kms
