bot needs to

  1. copy their market titles

  2. add description "resolves the same as X"

  3. resolve automatically according to how the source market resolves

optional bonus memes; ideally the bot

  1. can also discern whether a market is worth copying or not (i.e. scan for a baseline of activity

  2. is open source. Or at least, there is a succession plan if you're dropping it

  3. can tell when a market already exists on manifold - such as when polymarket clones aella markets. we don't need copies of copies; though I assume it's easy enough to N/A them later if the bot can't work it out.

The Bounty

I will pay the bounty as M5k upfront and then M1k per month up to M10k, to ensure some uptime on the bot

If multiple people make bots, first person for each site will get it (max 2 for now), provided it meets the criteria. If someone makes a bot for all of the sites, I will give you the m10k upfront and provide m2k a month for 5 months.

I'd rather they were all on one bot just to keep things simple, especially if it's open source.

Note that @MetaculusBot is a manually operated account, not actually a bot. Replacing it with a bot would be nice because we wouldn't have to ping a human to resolve, and it could mirror more markets.

Id like a bot that takes user+category+number (-1 to +1)

Bot matches this users bets in markets with that category, scales by the number

So you can oppose a specific person's views on a specific subject
