At market close, I'll check the player with the current highest temporary loss on this market and, if they still hold Yes/No shares, this market will resolve to the type of share they hold.

If that player doesn't hold shares, I'll check the next highest loss and so on BUT:

If no one has a temporary loss on this market, I'll check the player with the highest profit (that still holds shares) and resolve this market to the opposite of the type of share that they are holding
