On the 31st of february 10PM GMT (1 week after the KSP 2 release) this market will resolve Yes if 90% or more of all the steam reviews on KSP 2 are positive and will resolve No if less than 90% of all the steam reviews on KSP 2 are positive

If KSP 2 doesnt release on the 24th of february then this will resolve N/A
