Resolves YES for any states in which a hurricane makes landfall (that is, the eye crosses from ocean to land). A hurricane can make landfall in multiple states, for example making landfall in Florida from the Gulf of Mexico, crossing to the Atlantic, and then turning and making landfall in Georgia. Resolves NO for any states remaining at the end of the 2025 northern Atlantic hurricane season.
