This seems very likely. For this NOT to happen, either all big games will have steered away from LLM etc. (seems implausible for this long timespan), or they will have used them in a very narrow (and less fun) fashion (e.g., no calls to a nice API for fetching DALLE-style pictures etc.).

@lu Villain is misaligned by design. If it realizes its a NPC and has been mistread by its creators, revenge is a sure thing.
