This question will remain open indefinitely, and it will resolve NO when something occurs that puts a definite end date past which the question is unable to remain open (for free).
Examples:
Manifold shutdown is announced
Maximum lifetime of open questions is introduced
Having questions open costs money or mana
Questions without a close date are disallowed (note: the fact that the displayed date is shown as year 10k does not count unless that date is changed to be earlier or confirmed to be meant as final and not able to be moved up as we get close to it)

@MrLuke255 hmmm, not sure what exactly was I thinking when wiring this. Was it that I actually created it without a close date and it got converted to year 10k? Pretty sure I did not select that date manually.
@FranekZak Market close dates can be adjusted, I would assume that sometime in the next seven-thousand nine-hundred and seventy-six years Manifold will allow you to select a close date farther away than year 9999. If you agree that the market will not actually be resolved in the year 9999, barring no other issues, then it does not actually have a close date and there is no problem. Either way, I think it would be silly to resolve this market instead of adding a clarifying statement to the description, and I doubt any of the "No" bettors will complain.
