Nevermind I found out the livestream started after 12 AM so this resolves NO.

The earliest release of the album was on Kanye West’s YouTube channel which states it came out on August 2. I’ll look for more but I think this is enough to resolve yes let me know if anyone thinks otherwise this was definitely very close since most of this release happened around 12 AM.
