Resolves YES if the number of users on the "Users" tab is greater than the YES percentage at the time the market closes. Ties resolve to NO.

For example, if there are 10 users and the probability is 12%, market resolves NO.

If there are 10 users and the probability is 9%, market resolves YES.

If there are 10 users and the probability is 10%, market resolves NO.

Those are different things. If someone buys a share and then sells it, they're a unique trader for the market count, but they won't show up on the users tab. Which is it?
