Andy McDonald said in a speech:
"We will not rest until we have justice. Until all people, Israelis and Palestinians, between the river and the sea, can live in peaceful liberty."
This has been described by a Labour spokesperson as "deeply offensive" and McDonald has been suspended pending an investigation.
The suspension has in turn been described by the Labour Muslim Network as "deeply offensive".
Will his suspension be lifted by the close date? I'll resolve according to BBC News or Wikipedia.

According to both Wikipedia and this site: https://members.parliament.uk/member/4269/contact
Andy McDonald is still an independent MP. And I haven't seen anything in the news to call it into question. Resolves NO.
