The Southern Elephant Seal is one of two species of elephant seal. It is native to the Soutern Pacific, Atlantic and Indian Ocean. This market will resolve YES if the Southern Elephant Seal is declared extinct by the IUCN by 2100 or earlier, and NO if it is not declared extinct by the IUCN in 2100.
