In February 2022 the European Union shut down the EU airspace for Russian aircraft. In response Russia shut down Russian airspace to all members of the European Union. There are currently no commercial flights from HEL to LED as reported by flightradar24. The question resolves as "yes" if flightradar shows a recording of at least one commercial flight that departed from HEL and arrived at LED after 2022-07-01 but before 2023-01-01.
